SADO is providing the organization works to raise the awareness of the communities on the need to preserve the environment and water sanitation and medical service at cost recovery price in clinic centre and the community –based activities are provided throughout the national programs addressing the health problems in the country e.g. HIV/AIDS, campaign against harmful habits on women etc and hygiene promotion
Women Empowerment and capacity building
Access credit for women micro-business, leading to increased incomes for participating households & better nutrition, get empowered socially & economically, alleviation of poverty from midst, increased self-respect & esteem among poor women clients who will strive to succeed & overcomes poverty, access functional Literacy Education, access high quality financial services & financial discipline.
Nutrition and Supplementary Feeding
SADO is involved in special relief projects regarding displaced and war-affected communities. The organization providing food and nutrition for children and do more awareness for pregnancy women to be care about the new born.
Education and Literacy Eradication
SADO works on Alphabet, technical and cultural Literacy to all segments of society beside its work on rehabilitation of schools.

Vocational Training and Apprenticeship
SADO is located in East Darfur and consists of eight workshops and one computer centre. The SADO provides training facilities in various fields of activities e.g. auto mechanic, blacksmith, carpentering and shoe making and wielding and back industry. Such training is following a well-defined curriculum which is prepared by SADO technical staff which is shared with experts in the vocational training. In addition to the training facilities, the SADO is acting as income generating activities that provides quality product at reasonable prices. The income generated is re-invested in running this centre for self sustain and ensure continuity of training.
